ENTRY LEVEL Basic :
We'll take you through the basics of brewing beer and then you'll see the process of brewing a batch of beer. You'll walk away with the basic knowledge to brew your own beer. COST: $35.95 Time: 3-4 hours (6 students per session)
LEVEL 2: All Grain Brewing Basic.
We'll teach you all the basics from grain to glass. A thorough discussion of the required equipment and watch the entire process up close and personal.
COST: $75 Time 5-6 hours (4-6 students per session)
LEVEL 2: Intermediate All-Grain.
With your basic pre-requisites under your belt, We'll brew a batch of beer on on a Blichmann Top-Tier brewing system. We'll be using high-end equipment and paying attention to all of the details involved in making the perfect beer! Bring your empty fermenter and bring home 5 gallons of wort to finish fermenting.
COST: $150 Time 5-6 hours. Limit of 3 students per session. |
