What is your Shipping policy?
At Kennywood Brewing Supply we don't bury freight expenses into our supply costs. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and foreign countries are shipped weekly via US Post. You will be billed exact shipping cost. If your order is being shipped out of the United States, including APO and FPO addresses, you will be charged exact shipping plus a handling fee to offset the additional time required for processing and customs paperwork. The handling fee is $5.00 per order.

Our Return Policy.
Under NO circumstances will food items(ingredients)be returned or exchanged.
A restocking fee of 10% is charged for cancelled orders or returned goods. Goods must be in original condition and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.Returns must be made within 10 days of date of purchase. >> |
